Gujarat Rent Bill 2026 (Assembly માં પાસ, Governor ની મંજૂરી pending) હેઠળ ભાડા સંબંધિત કેસોની jurisdiction small cause court થી હટીને revenue authorities - collector, deputy collector અને mamlatdar - પાસે જશે. Ahmedabad ની bar associations એ 30 સપ્ટેમ્બરથી 2 ઓક્ટોબર સુધી Bhadra city civil court નું કામકાજ બંધ રાખવાનો ઠરાવ કર્યો છે; courts ને વિનંતી કરાઈ છે કે વકીલોની ગેરહાજરીમાં ex parte કેસ ન ચલાવવામાં આવે.

AMC એ ચેતવ્યું છે કે auction અને sealing ચાલુ રહેશે.

3. Notified disturbed area ની બહારની property માટે પણ permission માંગી: HC એ state ને notice પાઠવીInter-faith sale outside the notified zone hits a permission hurdle
Dariyapur-Kazipur માં 387 sq ft commercial property નું Hindu માલિકોથી Muslim buyer ને વેચાણ અટક્યું. State ની August 2023 notification હેઠળ mamlatdar પાસે certificate માંગાયું; talati ના report મુજબ property notified area કે 500-metre buffer માં નથી, તો પણ mamlatdar એ કહ્યું કે buyer-seller અલગ community ના હોવાથી city deputy collector ની permission જોઈએ. Justice Nisha Thakore એ state ને notice પાઠવી; જવાબ 16 October સુધીમાં. Petitioners ની માંગ: registration authorities આ આધારે deed નોંધવામાં અવરોધ ન કરે.

4. ખોટી pedigree (પેઢીનામું) બનાવવી એટલે IPC Section 464 હેઠળ "false document": Gujarat HCMutation-forgery FIR will stand; quashing refused
Justice P. M. Raval એ 2012 ની land-mutation forgery FIR રદ કરવાની અરજી નકારી (Mahendrabhai Chandubhai Patel v. State of Gujarat, 2026:GUJHC:60833). Court નું અવલોકન: ફક્ત ખોટો ownership દાવો કરવો એ forgery નથી, પણ family relationships fabricate કરવા - 2005 સુધી જીવતી સ્ત્રીને 1987 માં મૃત બતાવી inheritance અને mutation entry મેળવવી - એ prima facie Section 464 IPC હેઠળ false document બનાવવાના કળે આવે છે. Appeal માટે interim relief 8 અઠવાડિયા ચાલુ.

RMC એ સ્પષ્ટ કર્યું: surveyors tax વસૂલી શકે નહીં કે assessment બદલી શકે નહીં. OTP, bank details કે પૈસા માંગે તો ID card check કરવું અને RMC call centre 155304 પર report કરવું.

BJP MP ના પત્ર મુજબ Sagbara વિસ્તારમાં આદિવાસી ખેડૂતો સાથે harassment થાય છે, Dediapada-Sagbara માં 400-500 acres forest land પર દાવેદારી વગર cultivation, plantation કામમાં કરોડોની irregularities, અને RFO transfers માટે ₹25-30 લાખ લેવાય છે એવા આક્ષેપો કરાયા છે. High-level inquiry ની માંગ કરાઈ છે. આ પત્રમાંના આક્ષેપો છે, સાબિત થયેલાં તથ્યો નથી.

CREDAI એ CM ને રજૂઆત કરી: 45-70 મીટરના buildings માટે TDR loading પૂર્ણ થાય ત્યાં સુધી Special Technical Committee (STC) scrutiny શરૂ થતું નથી, જેથી દર મહિને સરેરાશ 5 projects અટકે છે. સૂચન: base FSI માટે TDR વગર primary permission, પછી TDR મળે એ પ્રમાણે further permission, અને registered undertaking-cum-indemnity bond. Building-use permissions, parking enforcement અને green-building refunds ના મુદ્દા પણ ઉઠાવ્યા.

August 2017 માં stamp adjudication માટે આપેલ lease deed ને April 2025 ના final order પછી Registration Act ની Section 23/25 ની મુદત પૂરી થઈ ગયાને કારણે registration નકારાયું હતું. Court એ Supreme Court ના Raj Kumar Dey v. Tarapada Dey ને આધારે 9 Aug 2017 થી 3 Apr 2025 નો સમયગાળો ગણતરીમાંથી બાદ કરી registration નો હુકમ કર્યો. Stamp adjudication ના વિલંબ અને registration timelines ટકરાય ત્યાં ઉપયોગી.

Transmission line અને tower ના કામથી અસરગ્રસ્ત ખેડૂતોએ 30 સપ્ટેમ્બરે Collector ને રજૂઆત કરી: (1) કામ શરૂ કરતાં પહેલાં જમીનના records માં ફેરફાર અને નામોની ભૂલો સુધારવી; (2) બજારભાવ નક્કી કરવાની notice તરત રદ કરવી - કંપનીએ prior notice આપી નથી અને Collector ની notice માં કાયદા મુજબ 14 દિવસનો સમય અપાયો નથી. Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 ની Section 10(d) હેઠળ સંપૂર્ણ વળતરની માંગ; Energy Department ના 4 અને 31 July 2026 ના resolutions ને central law ના હક્કો મર્યાદિત કરનાર ગણી વિરોધ.

Gujarat રાજ્ય land records વર્ગ-3 કર્મચારી મંડળની grade pay માંગ 2018 થી ચાલે છે; 30 December 2025 એ સૈદ્ધાંતિક મંજૂરી મળ્યા પછી પણ order ન થતાં 11 સપ્ટેમ્બરથી pen-down અને 21 સપ્ટેમ્બરથી અચોક્કસ હડતાળ. Botad માં કર્મચારીઓએ હડતાળ દરમિયાન રક્તદાન કેમ્પ યોજ્યો. હડતાળ ચાલુ રહે તો talati-level record અને mutation કામગીરીમાં વિલંબ થઈ શકે.
